Dating back to around 1750, Charlecote Mill is the last commercial watermill in Warwickshire, producing flour from wheat grown within 3 miles of the mill itself, using traditional stoneground milling techniques.

As well as being a fascinating place to visit, I’ll also be there selling a range of fresh pasta all made with flour from the mill, including a couple of products only available during the open day.
